How the team works
Research and production share one loop. Quality targets and failure categories are defined per model programme, experiments cover architecture, data and training strategy, and repeatable evaluation measures prompt understanding, realism and typography. Selected checkpoints are prepared for scalable inference, and production behaviour such as latency, GPU utilisation and repeatability feeds back into the next round of evaluation.
Standards for ML architecture, evaluation, deployment and observability are set across the AI organisation, so each release builds on the training and evaluation infrastructure of the one before it.
